The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) has just released their annual rankings for wireless cellphone service satisfaction. Going from 70% to 73% is Verizon, yet getting a 4% change. This is their first year winning. Last year they were outnumbered by Sprint by only 1%.
Even with T-Mobile’s new “Uncarrier” plan, they still lost 1% dropping from being tied with AT&T to last place. They are now 2% below AT&T and 5% below Verizon.
