Over-the-Air Updates can be Deleted on iOS 7.1

With beta 3 of iOS 7.1 there is a new feature under the usage part of Settings. When connected to power, you can delete over-the-air updates that were downloaded, but not installed. You could have downloaded the software to update from iOS 6 to 7, but there was some problem and it was not installed. Now with this new feature you can delete what you've downloaded, but not installed on you device. Doing this will free up 3.1 GB of storage that can be used for apps and music. Many people have been wanting something like this, but Apple has never done anything about it until now. We aren't sure yet if this is a new feature or a bug with the beta.
