New Rumors About the Cheaper iPhone

A report from Ming-Chi Kuo gives new rumors about the cheaper iPhone. Some people say that the iPhone mini would be the cheaper iPhone, but according to Kuo, he says that Apple is unlikely to abruptly change the design of the iPhone, even if it’s a different model so there might be no mini in the iPhone. That is due to the market shift in larger smartphone screens. With that said, he predicts that the screen will have the same size as the iPhone 5, 4 inches.
Kuo also claims that the cheap iPhone will include a super-thin plastic casing with fiberglass. The super-thing plastic will come in around 0.4 to 0.6 millimeters thick, which is slightly thinner than the iPhone 5.
On top of that is the prediction that it will be available in 4-6 colors like the current iPod touch lineup. That’s a lot of new features for a cheaper iPhone, isn’t it?
