iOS 7.1 to come 'Any Day Now'

Apple has been seeding iOS 7.1 to developers now for over four months. We're all expecting the update to come very soon, since the ability to use CarPlay would likely come in that update. Now, an article from Daring Fireball is saying that Apple is planning on releasing a live-streaming iTunes Festival app. To give you an idea of when iOS 7.1 will come out, iTunes Festival will be at SXSW this year. That will be one March 11, seven days from now. They say that this app will only work on devices running 7.1, which is why this update might come very soon.
Apple's first iTunes Festival in the U.S. starts a week from today at SXSW in Austin. Apple is going to stream the performances to iOS devices using an app, but I've heard from a little birdie that the app requires iOS 7.1 (which explains why the app isn't out yet). That means iOS 7.1 should ship any day now.
