Apple Seeds OS X 10.9.5 Beta 2

Apple today has seeded the second beta of OS X 10.9.5 to developers. This comes a week after the first seed to developers and beta testers. Right now it’s unclear what’s new in this beta, much less 10.9.5.
Developers can update to beta 2 in the Mac App Store > Updates > Software updates > OS X 10.9.5 seed 2. If you don’t have it yet you can download it for the first time from the Mac Developer Center.
