Apple Seeds iOS 8.3 Beta 3

Apple has today seeded the third beta of iOS 8.3. This beta comes two weeks after the last seed. iOS 8.3 adds new emoji figures and colors, Siri improvements, and more.
Developers can update to beta 3 within Settings > General > Software update > iOS 8.3 beta. If you don't have it get you down download it for the first time from the iOS developer center.
