Apple Seeds iOS 7.1. Beta 3 to Developers

Apple today has seeded a third beta of iOS 7.1 to developers. This seed comes about a month after the second one. iOS 7.1 includes many new features, some of which are new upload options for burst mode, bug fixes, added restriction for Car Display, and more.
In beta 3 the black keyboard is still gone, but there is a new delete key design. Most notably, there is a brand new power off slider. It's silver with a simple power icon. You can see the new slider in the above picture. Next, there is a new rounded call icon while in the phone app. Another added feature with beta 3 is the option to turn on or off the parallax feature while setting the wallpaper in the Settings app. Before, you could only do this under the accessibility section. One minor feature that most people won’t be able to notice is the darker green icons. Both the FaceTime, Messages, and Phone icons are a darker shade of green.
Developers can update to beta 3 in Settings > General > Software Update. If you don't have iOS 7.1 yet you can download it for the first time in the iOS Developer Center.
