Apple Launches iOS 8.3 Testing Program

Apple has today launched the iOS 8.3 public testing program. This allows the general public to opt in an try the beta of iOS 8.3. A few weeks back we covered a rumor that Apple will be launching public betas of iOS 8.3 and iOS 9. They have followed true with 8.3 so it's only a matter of time until we know if the rest of that rumor is true.
Those interested in trying iOS 8.3 can sign up for Apple Seed here. However, some, including myself, can't try the beta because it's not available for download within certain accounts. It seems like it's an issue for those with an existing Apple Seed account. If you sign up for a new account you will likely be able to download the beta. Apple will also likely push out the beta to current Apple Seed members soon.
