Apple Announces Quarter 4 Earnings

Apple has just announced their third calendar and fourth quarter earning. They got $37.5 billion in revenue, $7.5 billion in net profit, and $8.26 per diluted share. As compared to the year-ago quarter they are up $1.5 billion in revenue, down $.7 billion in net profit, and up $1.21 per diluted share.
Over the quarter they sold 33.8 million iPhones, 14.1 million iPads, and 4.6 million Macs. In the year-ago quarter they sold 26.9 million iPhones, 14 million iPads, and 4.9 million Macs. Above are their net sales of the devices.
